Responsibilities:Oversee our Service Writers and TechsWrite profitable and fair repair estimatesEvaluate the performance and train staffActively engage in staff recruitingMaintain departmental budgetKeep up to date with aftermarket warranty policiesMonitor and maintain in-house fleet of vehiclesMaintain the highest level of customer satisfactionMaintain a clean, organized and safe shopKeep all equipment in good working orderAssure proper repair order flowAttend weekly management and safety meetings
Requirements:Have a valid driver s licenseHold or be able to obtain a CDL licenseMust be able to pass a background check and drug testMinimum of 5 years experienceIndustry experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines preferredPennsylvania State Inspector LicenseASE Diesel Certification Strongly Preferred
